Automated Care Program BUILDER
I spearheaded core product design for an Autonomous Care Program Builder replatforming initiative. The internal tool produced embedded and longitudinal autonomous care programs for health systems. Our primary goal was to reduce rework, enhance previewing, and reduce dev time from 6+ months to under 1 month.
Automated Care Programs
Developed foundational designs for automated care program self enrollment & in visit enrollment by providers.
Led design efforts during an inter-department design sprint to envision a systemic approach for a behavioral health assessment and delivery framework.
Provider In visit Tools
I developed tele-health dashboards and features for patient data dashboards, referrals and sick slips, in visit note taking among others. These tools are used by over 100,000 active providers working within the tele-health platform.
Video Console Experience
I led foundational design efforts to build and enhance the in visit video console to provide the best tele-health visit experience. I focused my efforts from a first principles approach to establish what a good experience looks like before building enhancements like improved previewing, mobile picture in picture features, connectivity feedback, device background settings, and others.
Design OPs & Plugin Development
I leveraged working knowledge of Angular and React to built Figma plugins for importing file templates, component tracking, collecting feedback, importing Zeplin assets, generating a prototype table of contents, and others.
Led design mentoring efforts through Figma courses and intern programs.
Water restoration project management
Developed foundational product experience for a mobile first water damage job tracking software. Features included job tracking, equipment tracking and purchasing, scheduling, communications, and work tasks.
Water damage Assessment workflows
Developed assessment workflows to remove the guesswork out of building quotes for technicians in the field. I increased successful payment processing by insurance payers by leveraging data backed smart scoping, pricing, and recommendations workflows.
brand positioning & strategy
I led core brand development and product roadmap/strategy to lay the foundation for the company brand and market positioning with MVP and roadmap features.
Self booking flows
Developed self led assessment and booking workflows for home owners to increase lead volume and lead quality as well as improve intake for technicians in the field.
Referral Partner Program
Developed seamless onboarding and text based referral for partners to easily refer and track jobs via text message to increase lead volume and build platform network volume.
ping app
I contributed product designs for a privacy first monitoring IoT app addressing safety solutions for aging parents. Active fall detection combined with less invasive motion activity monitoring gives families and friends peace of mind.
luna app
Led design efforts to establish a services and marketplace app for families simultaneously caring for aging parents and their children. The application enabled adults to support their aging parents with internal and 3rd party services that helped extend mobility, comfort, and other services.
smart alert app
Contributed onboarding, core UI, alerting workflows, and integrations features for an IoT smart night light management app.

I led workshops at a summer camp, guiding young entrepreneurs in translating their ideas into tangible products. Through interactive exercises, I nurtured their creative and business skills, emphasizing teamwork and problem-solving. I provided consultative support with concept renderings, ensuring their pitches to investors were compelling and viable.
